LATEST NEWS! Mark has just completed the Cotswolds Lake 5km Swim, achieving his best time yet - well done Mark!
To celebrate his 50th birthday (and prove he's not over the hill yet!) Mark de Blaquière will undertake the challenge of running, cycling and swimming a combined distance of 500 miles over the course of the year. His aim - to raise £5000 for the 5 charities closest to his heart.
Those who know Mark will be familiar with his selfless generosity and eagerness to help those he cares about. With family members suffering from debilitating Crohn's disease and M.E (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), 15 years spent living in poverty-stricken Malawi, and an arduous fight for equal parenting of Cameron and Seren, Mark is well-placed to understand the difficulties faced by those needing help from his chosen charities.
These are such worthwhile causes, so please support Mark's efforts and help make a difference!
